Whimsical Fancies was b<meta name="verify-v1"orn out of a passion for glorious tasting and beautifully decorated cakes. 

I have always had a interest in cake making and decorating and caught the bug from my mum and grandma. Sundays would always be baking day and afternoon tea was definately on the menu. 

I have a background in art and design and find cake decorating a fantastic way of letting my creativity run wild.

All my cakes are handmade using the finest ingredients and I try to use as many locally sourced products as possible. I pride myself on a quality service and time is taken to ensure your cake is designed, made and decorated to the highest of standards.

I only accept four commissions a week as this enables me to dedicate enough time to each piece to allow for a quality finish.
